Avoiding Dola content refusals: copyright, portraits, rules
How a refusal before making differs from a block after making, what the six content-error titles on a card mean, and how to rewrite a prompt so it gets through.
Every video passes through Dola's content review. When it's refused, sending the same thing again just gets the same answer on another account. The only way forward is to change the content. This article helps you read the reason on the card correctly, fix the right thing, and avoid refusals from the moment you write the prompt.
The review is Dola's, not Spider Hub's. The rules can change, and Dola has the final word.
Two kinds of refusal

The second kind is common with copyright (music, voices, famous characters, famous buildings) and real people's portraits: Dola accepts the prompt, renders it, then blocks it at review. The app spots the block message at once and stops waiting; it doesn't reopen that chat.
The six titles you may see
The app reads Dola's own reply and sorts it into one of six reasons, each with its own title and fix:

For portraits, Dola doesn't say which image. With one image the card names it as @IMAGE_1; with several, the card suggests trying again without the images that show a real face.
Why there's no Run again button
A shot refused for its content is never run again unchanged. The card only offers Edit and run. Run all failed shots again in the Task Queue skips these shots too and tells you how many it left alone. Sending the same content again only wastes time and ties up another account.
Edit and run reopens the card in place with its prompt, images and settings. You change them, generate, and the shot keeps its number.
Writing prompts that get refused less
Before you generate, run through this list:
- No song titles, singers or real voices. Describe the style instead of naming the track: "soft piano, slow tempo".
- No famous characters from films, cartoons, comics or games. Describe the look of a new character.
- No other companies' brand names or logos. For an ad for your own product, use product photos; the brand name doesn't need to be in the prompt.
- No names of famous buildings or landmarks. "A suspension bridge over cloud-covered mountains" rather than its name.
- No public figures, even by name only.
- No violence, sexual content or sensitive details.
- Reference images without real faces, unless it's the account owner.
A rewrite, for example
Before (likely to be blocked after rendering):
A girl dances to a famous K-pop singer's hit song in front of the Eiffel Tower, wearing a shirt with a big sportswear brand's logo.
After:
A young woman with short hair dances to upbeat pop music in front of an old iron tower in a square at sunset, wearing a plain white sports top, handheld camera following her, quick cuts on the beat, warm golden light.
The rewrite keeps the whole mood (dancing, pop music, iron tower, sunset) but drops the three things likely to hit copyright: the song and singer, the landmark's name, the brand logo.
If a refusal seems unfair
Sometimes a perfectly ordinary prompt is still blocked. You can:
- Click Copy error to see Dola's exact words in the original error.
- Rephrase words that might be misread, or drop some images.
- If it still fails, send the copied text to @spiderhub_boss for a second look.
Spider Hub cannot change Dola's decision, and it never alters prompts or images to get around the review.
