If Dola doesn't start, the app opens a new chat on the same account, up to 10 times, then moves to another account. No video means the run is returned in the app's ledger. Accounts that run out rest until 01:00 and pick up again.

Is Spider Hub free?
Yes. Spider Free is free forever, no key needed: 5- and 10-second videos, 2 streams, up to 10 accounts. 15- and 30-second videos and more streams come with the paid plans.
Can the free plan make 30-second videos?
Not yet. 30-second (Seedance 2.5) and 15-second (Seedance 2.0) videos unlock on every paid plan. Want to try first? Message @spiderhub_boss on Telegram for a one-day trial key.
Am I charged per video?
No. Spider Hub is billed by the day, not by the video. Videos use the runs of your own Dola accounts — currently about 2 new videos per account per day, reset at 01:00 Vietnam time — so more accounts means more videos.
Do I need a Dola account?
Yes. You use your own Dola accounts and are responsible for following Dola's terms.
Is Spider Hub affiliated with Dola?
No. Spider Hub is independent software by Dev Ngu. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dola, ByteDance or Seedance.
Which computers can run it?
Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) on macOS 11 or later. The Windows version is in the works. Each Dola account runs one video at a time.
What if macOS blocks the app on first launch?
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway to confirm you want to open the app you downloaded.
Where is my data?
Your videos, prompts, Dola accounts and cookies stay on your computer. The license server only receives what it needs to run your license.
Will prices change?
Prices may be adjusted. A plan you have bought keeps its days; the price that applies is the one shown in the app when you pay.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final. Please try Spider Free before buying a plan.
