Download Spider Hub

This page takes you from the download to the moment your first video sits in a folder on your computer. Work through it top to bottom; each part says what you will see and which button to press. Button names match the app's English interface.

Spider Hub is independent software by Dev Ngu. It drives your own Dola accounts to make Seedance videos in bulk. Dola and Seedance are third-party services: they can change, limit or stop their service at any time, and Spider Hub is not affiliated with them.

What your computer needs

Download the installer

Use the download buttons at the top of this page or in the Download section of the home page. There are two files, and their names never change:

• SpiderHub-macOS.dmg for Mac.
• SpiderHub-Windows.exe for Windows.

Each file comes with a .sha256 file so you can check the download arrived intact. It's optional, but worth doing on a shaky connection:

The long string it prints must match the one inside the matching .sha256 file.

Install on macOS

1. Open SpiderHub-macOS.dmg.
2. Drag the Spider Hub icon into the Applications folder.
3. Open Spider Hub from Applications (or Launchpad).

The first time, macOS may refuse to open it because the app is not notarized by Apple. To open it:

1. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security (macOS 13 or later), or System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General (macOS 11 and 12).
2. Scroll down and click Open Anyway next to the line about Spider Hub.
3. Confirm with Open (macOS may ask for your computer password).

You only do this once per installed version.

Install on Windows

1. Run SpiderHub-Windows.exe.
2. Click Next until it finishes. The installer does not ask for administrator rights.
3. Spider Hub appears in the Start menu, and on the desktop if you chose that option.

If Windows SmartScreen shows a blue warning (the installer is not code-signed), click More info, then Run anyway.

First launch: the Terms of Use

Before the app opens you read the Terms of Use (nine short clauses). Tick I have read and agree to the Terms of Use. and click I agree. Quit closes the app: nothing runs until you agree.

Two clauses are worth reading closely:

• Payments are final. There are no refunds in any circumstance. Try Spider Free before you buy.
• Your data: your videos, prompts, Dola accounts and cookies stay on your computer. The license service only receives what running your license needs, and receives an error report only when you choose to send one.

When the terms change, the app asks you to accept the new version once. Language (VI / EN) and light / dark theme are in the bottom-left corner.

Pick a plan: stay on Free or activate a key

The first time you open the app you are on Spider Free: 5 and 10 second videos, 2 streams, up to 10 accounts, no key needed. 15 and 30 second videos, more streams and unlimited accounts come with a paid plan.

• You have a key: open Plans, choose Activate key, paste the key and click Activate License.
• You want to buy: open Plans, pick a plan, click Buy plan and pay inside the app with VietQR or PayPal. The plan activates a few seconds after payment. The price the app shows at checkout is the price that applies.

The bottom-left corner always shows your current plan and the days left. The Settings button (the gear) next to it opens Settings: plan and license, streams, data backup and support.

On a paid plan the app downloads the 15s/30s duration feature by itself after activation. For the first few minutes, while the app downloads it, 15s/30s shots wait, then run on their own.

Add your Dola accounts

Open Account Pool. There are two ways in:

Sign in one account at a time. Click Add Account, give it a name you'll recognise and click Create and sign in. The account's own browser window opens Dola; sign in as usual. Once you're in, the account turns READY.

Import cookies (fastest for many accounts). Click Import Cookies. The dialog opens on the Auto-detect (paste anything) card: paste one account's cookie export, whether it's from Dola, Facebook or Google, and the app sorts it by site. Every box says what it found and what it will do. For many accounts use Batch paste, then Add all.

Three things to remember:

• One sign-in session = one account. The app refuses two boxes that hold the same session.
• The app never clicks "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google" for you. When an account shows "Facebook ready" or "Google ready", the app opens its sign-in window, one at a time, and you click.
• Cookies are like a password. Never share them.

Pool Proxy (optional)

Pool Proxy (just below Account Pool) gives every running account its own rotating Vietnamese IP key, bought in the app with Buy proxies: one key per account, every shot starts on a fresh IP that has been tested against Dola, and the connection stays stable while Dola renders. Pool Proxy is off by default; turn it on when you need it. You are responsible for following Dola's terms (see the Terms of use, clause 3).

With Pool Proxy on, the number of keys decides how many shots run at once. Read Pool Proxy: why and how many keys before buying.

Make your first shot

1. Open Studio.
2. Choose the Model, Ratio and Duration. Dreamina Seedance 2.5 offers 5 / 10 / 30 seconds; Dreamina Seedance 2.0 offers 5 / 10 / 15 seconds.
3. Set STREAMS, the number of videos running at once. The small line under it says how many run smoothly on this computer.
4. Click Add Shot and write your prompt. Add reference images with the + button if you need them (up to 30).
5. Click Generate this shot.

The card goes to WAITING, then PROCESSING with a timer. A 30-second video usually takes from a few minutes to over ten minutes on Dola's side. Let the app wait, and don't click inside the account's browser window.

Where your videos go

By default videos go into the app's own folder (library/videos inside the data folder). In the Video Library, click Open video folder to jump there.

To save somewhere else: in Studio, on the SAVE VIDEOS TO line, click Change… and pick a folder. One subfolder per project keeps each project's videos apart. Use default switches back to the app's folder.

A file name is just the project name and the shot number:

If the name is taken, the app adds (2); it never overwrites a file.

Your data folder

Accounts, sign-in sessions, projects, your license and settings live in one folder on your computer:

A computer that used the app before it was renamed may keep its data in ~/.dolabatchstudio (Mac) or %LOCALAPPDATA%\DolaBatchStudio (Windows). The app finds it by itself; there is nothing to move.

Updating

When a new version is out, a bar at the top says Spider Hub X is available. Click Get the new version to open the download page. The app never downloads or installs anything by itself.

• macOS: quit Spider Hub, open the new DMG, drag Spider Hub into Applications and choose Replace, then open it again.
• Windows: quit Spider Hub and run the new installer. It installs over the old version; no need to uninstall first.

An update keeps your accounts, sessions, videos, projects, plan and settings.

Backing up

Open Settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar), go to DATA and click Back Up Data. A backup is one copy of Spider Hub's database: your account list, shots, credit counts and settings. Open folder shows the file (it sits in the backups folder inside the data folder).

Videos and the accounts' browser profiles are not in that backup; they stay where they are. For a complete backup, quit the app and copy the whole data folder to another drive. Browser profiles hold signed-in sessions, so keep that copy private.

Uninstalling

• macOS: drag Spider Hub from Applications to the Trash. Your data stays; to remove everything, also delete ~/.spiderhub (and ~/.dolabatchstudio if present).
• Windows: Settings → Apps → Spider Hub → Uninstall. The uninstaller asks whether to keep your data: Yes keeps it (recommended), No removes everything.

Getting help

• On a failed shot's card, click Copy error to get exactly what support needs.
• With a license key: Settings → SUPPORT → Send Error Report. You see exactly what goes before it is sent, and you get a report number.
• On Free or offline: Export Support Report, then paste it into Telegram.

Troubleshooting installation and the first run

Summary

• Apple silicon Mac (M1+, macOS 11+) or Windows 10/11 64-bit; about 1 GB free RAM per stream.
• First launch on Mac: Open Anyway; on Windows: More info → Run anyway.
• Accept the terms, then use Free right away or activate a key in Plans.
• Add accounts in Account Pool; the quickest way is Import Cookies with the Auto-detect card.
• Videos are saved as <Project>_<NN>.mp4 and never overwrite a file.
• Updates keep your data; back up in Settings → Back Up Data.
