Get started in 5 steps

Spider Hub makes AI videos in batches on Dola with many accounts at once: you write the prompts, the app hands the work to each account, retries when needed and collects the videos in one library.

1. Install the app — download the DMG and follow Download and install.
2. Open the app, read and accept the Terms of Use (shown only the first time).
3. Open Account Pool and add Dola accounts — sign in, or use Import Cookies to add many at once.
4. Open Studio, choose the Model, Ratio and Duration, write a prompt and click Generate this shot.
5. Finished videos are in the Video Library — click to watch, or open the folder to get the files.

Download and install

Spider Hub runs on Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) with macOS 11 or later.

1. Download SpiderHub-macOS.dmg from the Download section of the home page.
2. Open the DMG and drag Spider Hub into the Applications folder.
3. On first launch, if macOS says it can't open the app: open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
4. Read and accept the Terms of Use to begin.

• Windows: the installer is in the works and will appear in the Download section.
• Updating: quit the app, open the new DMG, drag it into Applications and choose Replace. Your accounts, videos, plan and settings are kept.
• On a paid plan, the 15- and 30-second engine downloads again a few seconds after the new version opens — 15s/30s shots wait a moment, then run.

Plans and activation

When you first open the app you are on Spider Free: 5- and 10-second videos, 2 streams, up to 10 accounts — free, no key needed. Paid plans unlock 15- and 30-second videos, more streams and unlimited accounts.

1. Have a key: go to Plans → Activate key, paste the key (it starts with KAL-…) and click Activate License.
2. No key yet: go to Plans, choose a plan and click Buy plan. Pay with VietQR (VND, no fee, scan with any Vietnamese bank app) or PayPal (USD, PayPal's fee included).
3. The plan activates by itself a few seconds after you pay.

• The bottom-left corner always shows your plan, for example 90D · 82 days left · 100 streams. Click it to open Plans, License & Settings.
• Renew before it ends and the remaining days add up — no day is lost.
• One-day trial key (issued by support): 2 streams, up to 10 accounts, 15s/30s videos unlocked for 24 hours from activation.
• Prices may be adjusted; the price shown in the app when you pay is the one that applies.
• All payments are final and non-refundable — please try Spider Free before buying.

Account Pool

This is where you add the Dola accounts the app uses to make videos. Each account currently makes 2 new videos a day, reset at 01:00 Vietnam time — more accounts, more videos.

1. Click Add account, give it a name you'll recognise and click Create and sign in.
2. A separate browser window opens Dola — sign in as usual: Google, Facebook, Apple, phone number or QR code.
3. Once signed in, the account turns READY.

• Many accounts at once — Import Dola cookies: export the dola.com cookies with the Cookie-Editor extension, then click Import Cookies. Each account gets one box with a name and its cookies; click Add cookie profile for another box and Add all to import them all.
• Paste Batch: paste several cookie sets back to back, each starting on a new line — the app splits them into boxes and gives each a unique name. Any box with a problem turns red so you can fix or remove it.
• Sign in to Dola with Facebook: choose Import Facebook cookies and paste the facebook.com cookies (they must include c_user and xs) for each account. When you close the results, the app opens the sign-in window of each Facebook-ready account in turn — you click continue with Facebook on Dola yourself; the app never clicks it for you. There is a Stop after this account button.
• Statuses: READY — usable. SIGN-IN NEEDED — click Login / Reconnect. RESTING — out of runs today or Dola isn't taking work; back after 01:00. BUSY — making a video.
• Check All Sessions shows which accounts are still signed in. Disable pauses an account, Remove takes it out of the app.
• Cookies work like a password — never share them.

Studio — making videos

Where you write and run your videos. Each video is a shot card.

1. In the top bar choose the Model and Duration: Dreamina Seedance 2.5 offers 5 / 10 / 30 seconds; Dreamina Seedance 2.0 offers 5 / 10 / 15 seconds. Choose the Ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1…).
2. Choose STREAMS — how many videos run at once. The small line under it shows roughly how many streams your computer handles smoothly.
3. Click Add Shot and write the prompt. Add reference images with the + button (up to 30).
4. Leave the Account on automatic — the app picks an account with runs left — or pin a specific account.
5. Click Generate this shot, or Generate all to run every draft. Have many prompts? Click Paste Batch and each prompt becomes a shot.

• Card statuses: WAITING (queued, with an estimated start), PROCESSING (Dola is working, with a timer — let the app wait), COMPLETED (watch it right on the card), FAILED (a short reason and the right button to fix it).
• Create similar runs a new video right away with the same prompt, images and settings. Duplicate shot copies it to a new draft so you can edit before running. Run again retries a failed shot.
• Filter by All / Drafts / Running / Done / Failed, search by prompt, and use Select to act on several cards at once.
• Computer busy (low RAM or high CPU)? Shots wait a moment and then run — nothing is sent, nothing is spent. Studio shows the reason.
• After render: turn on Auto-open on complete, or turn on Telegram to get notified through your own bot.

Task Queue

Every video you have made, as a table: task ID, prompt, status and the account that made it.

• Filter by Status at the top. Click Retry All Failed to rerun every failed video at once.
• Click a row to open its details: Pause, Resume, Move to Top, Run again, Create similar, Show in Studio, Cancel.

Video Library

All your finished videos. Search, filter, watch and grab the files here.

• Switch between Cards and Table; filter by model, ratio, duration, account and date; search by prompt or task ID.
• Click the star to mark favourites and filter them with Starred.
• Tick the box on a card to select several videos, then delete, upscale or open their folder together. Open video folder takes you to the files on your computer.
• Removing from the library only hides a video. If you choose to move the file to the Trash, you can still restore it from the Trash.

Upscale — boost quality

Enlarge videos or images 2×, 3× or 4× with AI on your own computer — for example 1280×720 becomes 5120×2880 (5K).

1. Choose the AI model (Spider Upscale Video, Anime or Photo), Upscale by, the video Quality and the GPU (Automatic is fine).
2. Choose the output folder — the app processes and saves on the drive you pick, never filling up your system drive.
3. Add videos or images, or choose From Video Library. The app shows the output size, estimated time and disk space first; click Cancel to stop at any time.

• Upscaled videos keep their original audio and appear in the Library.
• Needs a supported graphics card and enough free disk space.

Dashboard

The first screen when you open the app: accounts ready, work waiting, videos done, the supervisor status, recent activity and 7-day production stats.

• Click Open Spider Studio to start making videos right away.

Tips for steady results

A few small habits help every run produce the video you want.

• Let the app handle it: if Dola doesn't start, the app opens a new chat on the same account (up to 10 times), then moves to another account. Runs that produce no video are returned.
• Don't type or click in an account's browser window while a video is running.
• Don't cancel while processing: Dola usually takes about 3–12 minutes for a 30-second video; cancelling midway can lose a video that already used a run.
• Reference images: Dola may refuse photos of real people — use illustrated characters, products or scenery, or describe it in words.
• Videos must be full length: a video shorter than the duration you chose isn't saved; the app retries on another account.
• Late videos: the app reopens the chat (read-only) for up to 24 hours to pick them up.
• Add more accounts to make more videos per day.

Language, appearance and support

Switch language (VI / EN) and light / dark appearance in the app's bottom-left corner.
