Spider Hub glossary: shots, takes, streams, credit and more
Short definitions of the words you meet in Spider Hub, from shot, take, stream, account and credit to Pool Proxy, keys, health and the buttons on a card.
Spider Hub uses a handful of words in a very precise sense. Once you know them, cards, notices and instructions read much faster. This page groups them, one or two sentences each, with an example where it helps.
Making videos
| Word | Meaning |

| Shot | One video you want made: a prompt, optionally with reference images, with its own model, ratio and length. In Studio each shot is a card. |
| Shot number | The fixed number a shot gets when it's created, like #01, #02. It never changes, even when you delete or move other cards. |
| Take | Another run of the same shot, made with Create similar. The second take of shot 4 shows as #04 · 2 and its file is <Project>_04-2.mp4. |
| Project | A group of shots, for example one project per episode. The project name starts every video's file name. |
| Prompt | The description you send to Dola. Spider Hub sends exactly what you write, adding only a short instruction line (length and resolution) at the start. |
| Reference image | An image attached to a shot so Dola keeps a character, product or setting. Up to 30 per shot. |
| Model | Dreamina Seedance 2.0 (5, 10, 15 seconds) or Dreamina Seedance 2.5 (5, 10, 30 seconds). |
| Ratio | The frame shape: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 21:9. |
| Duration | The video length you ask for. The app measures the real video after downloading it. |
| Paste Batch | Paste many prompts at once; each prompt becomes a shot. |
Running and following
| Word | Meaning |

| Stream | One video running at a time. Each stream is one account's browser. |
| Task Queue | The table of every shot sent out, with its status. |
| Dola chat | The conversation on Dola where a run happens. The app remembers each shot's chat so it can read it back. |
| Dola has started | The app has seen a credit line, a time estimate, a rendering card or the video. From then on it never resends the prompt. |
| New chat | When Dola doesn't start, the app leaves that chat and opens a new one on the same account, up to 10 chats per shot per account. |
| Short video | A video Dola returns shorter than requested. The app deletes it and runs the shot again on another account. |
| 01:00 reset | Every day at 01:00 Vietnam time: credit back to 0, resting accounts back, health back to 100%. |
Card statuses you'll see most: WAITING (in line), PROCESSING (Dola is working), COMPLETED, FAILED, PAUSED, CANCELLED.
Accounts
| Word | Meaning |

| Account | One of your Dola accounts in Account Pool. |
| Credit | A Dola account's runs in the app's tally: 2 credits per run, at most 4 a day. |
| Cookies | Sign-in data exported from a browser. Importing cookies is the fast way to add accounts. Keep them as private as a password. |
| Session | One specific sign-in. The app's rule: one session = one account. |
| Auto-detect | The default card in the Import Cookies dialog: paste anything and the app recognises Dola, Facebook or Google. |
| Health | How smoothly an account runs: Good, Fair or Weak with a percentage. |
| Resting | An account temporarily taking no work: it used its 4 credits, had several failures in a row, or Dola said it's out of runs. |
| Unlock | Brings a resting account back at once, resets its health to 100% and lifts the app's 4-credit cap until 01:00. |
Account statuses: READY, BUSY (making a video), SIGN-IN NEEDED, RESTING, CHECKING, DISABLED.
Proxies, plans and licences
| Word | Meaning |

| Pool Proxy | The tab that gives each account its own Vietnamese IP address. Off by default. |
| Proxy key | A rotating-IP key bought in the app. One key serves one running account at a time. |
| Rotating IP | The key's IP address changes regularly; every shot starts on a fresh IP. |
| License key | The key that activates a paid plan on one computer. Nothing to do with proxy keys. |
| Plan | Spider Free, Spider Start, Spider Pro, Spider Scale. |
| Duration feature | The part that makes 15 and 30 second videos possible; the app downloads it by itself on a paid plan. |
Buttons on a shot card
| Button | What it does |

| Generate this shot | Sends a draft shot to the queue. |
| Run again | Runs that same shot again. If it still holds a Dola chat, the app only reads the chat to fetch the video, never resends. |
| Edit and run | Reopens a failed shot in place so you can change the prompt or images, keeping its shot number. |
| Create similar | Makes another take of a finished shot: same shot number, new take. |
| Duplicate shot | Copies a finished shot into a new shot with a new number, so you can edit before running. |
| Copy error | Copies the full error details to send to support. |
Reading a line, for example
Card #07 · 2 is PROCESSING, and its status line says: Dola is rendering (6 / ~9 min) — the app keeps waiting.
That means: the second take of shot 7; Dola has started and has been rendering for 6 minutes against an estimate of about 9; the app is waiting and needs nothing from you. When it's done the file will be <Project>_07-2.mp4.
Summary
